CAMBRIDGE, ON — June 5, 2026 — Polocorp and Gemini Homes officially broke ground today on Southpoint, a master-planned residential community in East Galt designed around long-term family living, community infrastructure, and thoughtful neighbourhood growth.
Located at the corner of Wesley Boulevard and Bastien Street in Cambridge, Southpoint will bring a total of 182 homes to the East Galt community through a mix of condo towns and stacked homes, alongside preserved green space, walking trails, parks, and nearby civic amenities designed to support families for decades to come.
The groundbreaking ceremony brought together community partners, local officials, project stakeholders, and residents to mark the next major milestone in the continued growth of Southpoint and the broader East Galt area.
