We live, work and play in the communities we create. That’s why we see the importance of creating together and supporting local businesses and talent in our region.

Watch the video below to learn more about our special collaboration with Stephanie and how she brought our Viva community to life along the Iron Horse Trail in Kitchener.
Located on Mill Street near downtown Kitchener, life at Viva offers residents the perfect blend of nature, neighbourhood and nightlife. Each of these themes was incorporated into Stephanie’s artwork for the community.
Directly along the Iron Horse Trail, Viva allows you to connect to parks and greenspaces, cycling routes and several neighbourhoods in Kitchener. Victoria Park just steps away, offers scenic surroundings, outdoor play and exercise equipment and more.
Viva brings the best of both worlds with a bright and vibrant lifestyle in downtown Kitchener and the quiet and calm of a mature neighbourhood. This piece captured the historic district that surrounds the Viva community and its activated streets.
Downtown Kitchener is home to many prominent festivals, events and experiences in the region. There are endless opportunities to immerse yourself in food, the arts and culture in Kitchener. The intimate vibe that DTK creates is captured in this piece.
We hope trail users and the community will enjoy these pieces as much as we do! You can view them in person at the Queen Street Kitchener Iron Horse Trail connection point in front of our Viva Towns community.
